Combined, we have more than 30 years of experience. More importantly, we have perspective. We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance and do our best to prioritize our passions, people, and hobbies equal to (or sometimes greater than) our work.
What that means is you have a collection of four folks that are happy, creative, and energized. We’re committed to doing the best work possible for our clients because we give ourselves the space to be humans.

How We Approach Our Work
Question Everything
We’re contrarians—but for good reason.
Telling clients “Yes!” without asking questions or digging in leaves a streamlined process and solutions on the table. It’s like looking at a nest filled with blue-speckled eggs and saying they’re blue jays—but you don’t know anything about birds. Or eggs.
In all cases, research and context mean everything. How big are the eggs? How many are there? These eggs could just as easily hatch into starlings, magpies, emus, or snowy egrets. Don’t wait till your eggs have hatched to find out whether you’re right. Going confidently in the wrong direction wastes time, effort, and resources.
The best way to find the best solutions is by figuring out what’s worked in the past, what hasn’t, and what the best path forward is. We won’t tell you no without offering up an explanation or suggesting a better alternative. “Yes, and!” can get you good results. “No, but!” creates great ones.
Ego-less Partners
When you work with Four Birds, you work with the best in the business.
Essentially, our wingspan is large—and comparatively, our little bird feet are very small. There are no worries about stepping on our toes (or talons) and offending or overstepping any boundaries. Within reason, of course. If you start challenging us on bird facts, ABBA songs, or MTG, be prepared for detailed discussions and conversations.
We’re happy to share and educate, but every new project and conversation is a learning opportunity. There’s nothing we love more than learning alongside or from our clients.

Our definition of success is when you no longer need our services.
We love our clients! But our ultimate goal is to provide you the resources and knowledge so you can succeed on your own, without us.
We’ll set you up for success, then have one final celebratory meal together before gently pushing you out of the nest. (But feel free to come and visit anytime.)
